There are a handful of handy shortcuts you can use in briefs & the content grader.
While we’ll build out some great power-user shortcuts in the future, for now we have a handful or text editor shortcuts that you can use while editing briefs or your draft. We use different text editors for our briefs and content grader so there are slight variations in each.
Brief Editor Shortcuts
Line Breaks
- control + o – inserts line break
- return – insert line break
Modify Indent
- tab – increase indent level
- ⇧ shift + tab – decrease indent level
Selection
- ⇧ shift + right – expand selection right
- ⇧ shift + left – expand selection left
Formatting
- ⌘/control + b – Bold selected text
- ⌘/control + i – Italicize selected text
- ⌘/control + k – Make selected text into a link
